Scope of this site
lumio-cloud.com is an entry page that directs visitors either to our hosted service (lumio-cloud.de) or to the source-available self-hosted version (lumio-app.de). It sets no tracking or marketing cookies and embeds no advertising or profiling services.
Server logs
The web server records technically necessary data (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for a short period in order to ensure the security and availability of the site. Hosting is provided by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
Contact form
If you use the contact form, we process the data you enter: your email address, optionally your name, and your message. To prevent abuse (spam and bot protection, limiting requests per sender) we additionally store the IP address, the referring page, the user agent and the time of the request. After submitting you receive a confirmation by email.
Technical note: this site is a static page without its own server-side processing. The form is therefore transmitted to a server we operate under the domain lumio-cloud.de. The controller remains STRUEX UG as stated above, and that server is likewise located in Germany at Hetzner Online GmbH. No transfer to third parties takes place, apart from our email service provider used to send the confirmation message.
Purpose of processing is handling your enquiry and contacting you. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries and in security and abuse prevention). We delete this data once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply, at the latest six months after the last contact. This period is implemented technically and runs automatically.
Fonts
We serve the Inter and JetBrains Mono typefaces via Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia). Bunny Fonts does not set cookies and states that it does not log personal data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21).
